We were out-of-town buyers with specific time frames available to view homes for sale. Taylor was always available and created exceptional plans to ensure we could see as many homes as possible in any given area/city. She was patient and did not try to sway our opinions about the homes we saw. She had an understanding of what we were looking for and showed us homes that were always within our perimeters, not trying to “up sell” us or push for us to view higher-priced homes. She was extremely attentive and prompt to reply to questions, even “after hours”, weekends, holidays, & while she was attending family events. When we had questions, she did not hesitate to inform us she did not immediately know the answer. However, would diligently research our questions and obtain a correct and through answer within the day. She stayed actively aware from the beginning of looking at homes all the way through closing
