Ted was extremely diligent every step of the way during the buying process, explaining each step of the way as we went through it. From the moment I talked to him about purchasing a home, all the way to the end he had my best interest as a top priority. We communicated almost daily as I was on the search for my home and then again as the whole process took place. He always let me know he was available to answer any questions at any time. I would highly recommend him to any & everyone.
Even when someone else's offer was accepted on a house he was on the search for another house right away. In fact the day we learned someone else had their offer accepted on a house I liked, he had 2 more to look at that evening and one of those is the one I purchased.
