Wilma was able to figure out very quickly what type of house I was looking for, so we didn't waste a lot of time looking at houses that were not a good fit for me.
I don't think a day went by that we didn't have contact. Wilma kept me updated on everything that was happening and would respond timely to my e-mails and phone calls.
Buying a house in the Seattle area is not an easy process. Wilma stayed on top of things and let me know exactly what I needed to do when I found a place I was interested in. I started looking in February, and by mid-April, I had closed on my house. I've talked to some people that have been trying for a year or more to find a house without success. I always tell them to contact Wilma. She really knows her stuff....
