With 39 years in real estate, I bring deep knowledge, steady leadership, and a passion for helping people reach their goals. I joined my family’s firm, Van Dorm Realty, in 1994 and took over full operations in 2004. As designated broker and owner, I lead with one mission—make sure every client receives unmatched service, genuine care, and results that go above and beyond.
I’ve been honored to serve the real estate community through leadership roles over the years. I’m a current member and past Chairperson of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, a past Chairperson of the Olympia Thurston County MLS, and a former alternate member of the Thurston County Board of Equalization.
Real estate is my career, but service is what drives me. Whether you're buying your first home, selling acreage, or relisting an expired property, I make sure our brokers support you every step of the way.
When I’m not working, I stay active through exercise and cycling. I’ve completed both the Seattle to Portland and Seattle to Vancouver rides. You’ll also find me working around our horse and cattle farm—a lifestyle that keeps me grounded and reminds me why I love helping others find their place in the world.
