Juliann Matson
I love Thurston County and have deep roots here. I grew up in the Boston Harbor area and attended Boston Harbor Elementary, Reeves Middle School and Olympia High School. After graduating, I moved to Seattle and later, Vancouver, British Columbia. While I loved city living, I chose to return to Thurston County for its unique sense of community and quality of life. I now live on Tumwater Hill, which has been my home since 2004.
I am passionate about using my extensive knowledge of the local community to help people with their real estate needs. As a broker, I leverage fifteen years of experience as a life and business coach as well as extensive education in leadership and psychology to negotiate effectively on behalf of my clients.
With over 13 years in real estate, I have worked with clients ranging from first time buyers to experienced investors. I pride myself on providing professional service and honest advice.
