Family friends in real estate noticed his drive and determination and saw a natural fit for the industry. With big dreams and an even bigger work ethic, Joshia pursued real estate because he wanted a career where the sky’s the limit and success is earned through effort. What continues to inspire him today is his community — the very people he grew up around. Many didn’t believe homeownership was possible for them, and now Joshia’s mission is to help turn that belief around by showing what’s truly achievable. Joshia joined Century 21 Tri-Cities to accelerate his growth, surround himself with accomplished and personable agents, and learn through collaboration. He leans into education and mentorship the same way he leans into his faith — with intention and humility — because he knows this career isn’t one to build alone. Those who know Joshia describe him as gritty, kind, determined, sharp, resourceful, and genuinely personable — someone who “just gets it.” His early experiences shaped that reputation: from working in assisted living, where he learned the importance of compassionate service, to running his own hot-dog stand, where he mastered networking, accountability, and business management. His background in sales honed his communication, objection-handling, and leadership skills — all essential tools he brings to his clients today. In his first year, Joshia’s goals are to build a strong foundation, grow his social presence, and deliver a service so memorable it keeps people talking. Outside of real estate, Joshia enjoys cooking, caring for his home and family, and immersing himself in music. A lifelong Seattle Seahawks fan, he also boasts an extensive vinyl collection spanning hip-hop, R&B, blues, jazz, and rock. A writer and poet at heart, he grew up playing the cello and now plays bass guitar — finding rhythm both in music and in the momentum of his growing real estate career.
