LORI LEIGH IS AWESOME AND I WOULD USE HER AGAIN.
Lori Leigh
Enthusiasm and a zest for life are two of the driving forces behind Lori Leigh's real estate practice - and her life. She describes herself as a happy and fortunate person, and she brings that positive attitude to everything she undertakes. As a proud member of the Tri-Cities community for over 14 years, Lori's enthusiasm for the area is contagious. In her eyes, the Tri-Cities area offers the best of everything: Big city amenities combined with a rural, small town atmosphere, complete with desert landscapes, three rivers, and walking trails. Today Lori makes a difference and gains personal satisfaction from helping her clients reach their dreams of home ownership - or of selling and moving on to life's next adventure. At the heart of Lori's real estate practice you'll find "The 3 D's". They stand for Dedicated, Determined, and Dependable." She's Dedicated to her clients, Determined to meet their needs, and Dependable whenever they need her. Patience - it's a rare quality in today's hurry-up world - and a cornerstone of Lori's real estate practice. Time and attention are gifts she gives freely - listening while clients share their dreams and goals, then answering their questions and helping them explore their options without pressure. Before leaving the corporate world to enter real estate sales, Lori held positions that helped her refine her skills in customer service, marketing, time management, dispute resolution, and problem solving. But the confines and restrictions of her prior jobs didn't fit with her ambition and drive. Lori prefers being able to rely on herself and her own efforts. She also prefers the freedom to give her clients the service she thinks they deserve. She also embraces technology and appreciates being able to communicate with clients "their way". Would you like your market analysis delivered as an i Pad presentation? Do you want to communicate only by text message? Do you want all your documents delivered electronically? Lori will do that. Lori's decision to enter the field of real estate evolved from her life-long love of houses, decorating, and remodeling - plus her desire to be a part of a business that helps people achieve their goals. It was time for a switch from solving unexpected and unwanted problems to helping make dreams come true. She enjoys working with people of all ages and income brackets, and says that one reason she loves real estate sales is the variety. She never knows what the day will bring or what interesting people she'll meet. Real estate is a relationship-based business, and Lori strives to create client relationships built on trust and confidence. Her ultimate goal: a business built entirely upon referrals from clients who are completely satisfied with the professional and caring service they received. When you want a Tri-Cities area real estate professional who will dedicate herself to getting the results you want - call Lori Leigh. She'll help you find the right house - or the right buyer....

Lori went above and beyond for me and my daughter. We were moving out of state and had a house under contract subject to the sell of my home. Lori diligently scheduled open houses, promptly had photographs taken, scheduled a stager to help me have my house at its best for sale. Lori even sent information to my realtor in Utah to help ease the sellers of my home there. This allowed me an extension to sell my home which was crucial. My daughter and I now live in the home we desired in Southern Utah. Thank you Lori, for always being available and professional even when I felt overwhelmed. Blessings, Greta and Megan....

Lori was the agent listed on an ad on craigslist for a different property. She showed several places to me then found this one. She did a great job understanding my needs and found the perfect fit for me. Lori handled escrow and closing in a timely manner....
