Jim Conlan
Jim Conlan is a native Seattleite and a graduate of the University of Washington. After working for 5 years for the Seattle School District Jim started his Real Estate career in 1980. Jim has managed the Century 21 office in North Seattle since 1988 which has won numerous awards for both Sales Production and Quality Service. Jim is also a licensed real estate instructor and has taught both pre-license and post license training classes, training hundreds of new agents over the years. On a personal level Jim is married with 3 daughters and loves the abundance of outdoor activities available here in the Pacific Northwest.
