Ken is a Spokane native that attended North Central High School. Currently Ken resides in Mead and has been a member of this community since June of 2025. As a member of CENTURY 21 Beutler & Associates, Ken assists both buyers and sellers with residential real estate in Spokane, Liberty Lake, and the surrounding areas. Prior to Real Estate, Ken had served in the United States Navy and most recently worked as a Budget & Financial Analyst for the Community Colleges of Spokane, a Budget Analyst & Fiscal Specialist for Eastern Washington University, and in Financial Development for the YMCA & Camp Reed. Ken Graduated from Eastern Washington University with a Bachelor Degree in Business with a major in Management of Information Systems where he learned how to build databases and manipulate data. Ken uses his knowledge of databases, as well as, his past experiences as an analyst to support/assist his home buyers and sellers in the community with real estate decisions based on the analytics of the data at hand. Ken primarily joined real estate because: "My wife has been a REALTOR for several years now for a major developer, and watching how fulfilled she is has inspired me to do the same. The joy you get to see from families being able to get into their new home or helping them sell their home to start the next season in their life is priceless." Ken was not only incredibly professional but so friendly and I could tell he genuinely wanted to help me find a home that fit within my constraints and needs! He was so helpful with all of the many questions I had asked him through the home purchasing process as a first time home buyer. He never made it feel like I was burdening him with questions or asking for tours of homes I was curious about even though he was so busy! He worked with the seller and seller's agent to make the process smooth and easy for me which was much appreciated.
