Melissa Faucher is a proud Spokane Valley native who brings a true local perspective to her real estate work. She loves the Pacific Northwest for its scenery, wildlife, and year-round activities and can’t imagine calling anywhere else home. She is a devoted wife and mom to four kids, including twins! As a three-time open-heart surgery survivor, she is deeply grateful for her health and the life she enjoys today. Outside of real estate, she loves spending time with family and friends or relaxing with her cat while watching anything true crime or paranormal. Before real estate, Melissa built a strong foundation in communication and customer care. After graduating from West Valley High School and Spokane Community College, she spent several years in retail and then 14 years as a transcriptionist in a pathology lab. These experiences sharpened her attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to stay calm under pressure. Melissa prides herself on her painfully positive attitude, go-getter mindset, and commitment to making clients feel comfortable and supported throughout the buying or selling process. She is passionate about helping people navigate real estate with confidence and looks forward to guiding each client every step of the way.
