Ryan grew up in Augusta, GA. Upon graduating high school, he joined the Coast Guard, where he supervised a boat crew performing Search & Rescue, and Law Enforcement. While stationed in Elizabeth City, NC Ryan met his wife, Michelle. After his service, he became a law enforcement officer in Augusta and obtained his real estate license, investing in residential homes. The birth of their first child resulted in a move to Coeur d'Alene, where he continued to sell real estate. During the downturn, Ryan became an investigator for the WA Department of Revenue, which moved his family to Spokane. He has continued his real estate career with Century21 in Spokane. Michelle grew up in Northern CA where she attained her A.A. She then enlisted in the Coast Guard where she was trained as an Aviation Maintenance Technician. During her service, she met her husband, Ryan. This development caused her to choose between a career in the service or being a wife & mother. She happily chose the latter, leading her family to move to CDA, Idaho. After years of raising their child, she decided to join her husband in working in real estate. They joined Century21 Beutler & Associates because of the company's strong mentoring, team dynamics, tools, and support to help them give the highest customer service level to their clients. In her spare time, Michelle enjoys nature & animal photography, hiking, canoeing on the Little Spokane River, & motorcycle rides with her husband. Ryan is an avid fan of MLB baseball, MotoGP motorcycle racing, classic cars, and the outdoors. He aspires to participate in summer track days at Kent, Washington's Pacific Raceways, and solo hiking the more obscure parts of the Colville National Forest. Michelle has volunteer experience with the UGM Crises Shelter for Women and Children. Ryan volunteers with Spokane School District's Citizen's Advisory Committee and holds a leadership position within the religious community.

Ryan and his wife Michelle, were an amazing team. They answered all of our questions and were very helpful with the whole home buying experience. Being first time home owners there were lots of fears and questions, which they addressed right from the start. They walked us through each step to make sure we got the home we wanted. There was low stress and pressure, letting us move at our pace and comfort level while still giving guidance and wise counsel along the way. Ryan was amazing and met us where we were at, often asking us questions that helped us work through each house, helping us learn what we were looking for, so we could find one that fit our wants and needs. Would definitely use them if we move again and will recommend them to anyone needing a realtor. Such an amazing and blessed experience! Ryan exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process of selling our home and purchasing a new one. To begin with, he is very likeable. He is really smart when it comes to selling a home and purchasing a new one, but he is also humble and easy to work with.
