My family recommended Barb to my husband and me when we started our search for our first home. They sent her an email and she reached out to us right away. She was easy to work with and made sure that the homes we looked at fit our criteria and during showings she suggested things to take into consideration that we hadn't even thought of. The process was smoother and easier than I expected and I credit a lot of that to her. Everything was amazing, I feel extremely lucky to have Barb helping with all the details especially with us heading into the holiday during closing. Barbara was always kind and responsive to our needs. We had a huge range of where we were looking and she always made it easy to sort through the houses and helped us see the ones we were interested in. She had a great attitude during the whole process and made it fun to buy a house instead of overwhelming and stressful. It was almost exciting when we didn’t find what we were looking for because it meant getting to hang out with her and see other houses. She was such a wonderful spirit and always just such a pleasure to be around. Our closing was tricky but she helped navigate it and kept us on track for what we needed to do. We got a house and a new friend out of the deal.
