As a single parent living with her parents I didn't see myself owning a home for a long time. Cathy started explaining all the programs to me and got me thinking about trying. She got me into houses quickly and always made sure that I wasn't just looking at the whole thing when I didn't like it. She lead me to the lender who had the right first time home-buyer program. She never let me get down about a house not working out either. Her and her husband treat you like family. Now we're in the perfect home for us to live our life as a little family.
