This was my first time buying a house and my prep work missed a few important aspects. Chanel helped me navigate these things with ease, compassion, and the positive attitude that kept me going. I appreciate the work she put into helping me find my home, even when I wanted to call it quits (market sucks). I felt comfortable with her, so I was able to open up and be more myself/find humor in the odd, which shifted me anxiety about the process as a whole. She seemed to get me which also helped when nerves set in and I wanted to run.
Now, I am happily putting together my first house, and I am grateful that Chanel helped me get here....
