I was born and raised in Beloit and graduated from Turner High School, so the Beloit area has always been home to me.
My path into real estate runs through finance. I'm one of ten students selected for UW-Whitewater's Applied Investments Program, where we manage a live, million-dollar portfolio. I look at comps the way an analyst looks at valuations, and I treat a home purchase for what it is: a major financial decision that deserves a real, honest read - not just whatever gets the deal done fastest.
