I'll save you some research time if you're looking for a buyers agent. I did a lot of research online, including many statistics. While many agents in the Green Bay metro area have the vast majority of their sales being sellers agents, many agents at Century 21 have a good amount of sales as buyers agents, too. So I felt their experience with buyers would help them understand my situation better, and "be in my corner". Mitch has a background in construction, as well as buying and investing in properties, so his ability to point things out (both good and bad) at showings was very helpful. He can come up with several ideas for renovations on the spot at showings, and he knows the market area well. Being a first time buyer, it's helpful that he notices things that I wouldn't have noticed or thought to look at. Levi, Emma, and Olivia at Century 21 were also very nice and helpful. An agent at another company described them to me as "sharp" in their knowledge, and I found this to be accurate
