Yael Menn
For almost two decades, I have dedicated my career to guiding people through major transitions with clarity, honesty, and compassion. As a high-school teacher and former educator in Hamburg, Germany, I learned that trust is the foundation of every meaningful relationship. Students cannot learn if they don’t trust the person guiding them - and I believe the same is true for anyone navigating one of life’s biggest financial and emotional decisions: buying or selling a home.
My path into real estate began when I bought my own home. I was fascinated not just by the process, but by the complexity of the profession and the strong ethical framework that supports it. The commitment to integrity, honesty, and service immediately resonated with my own core values. I dove deep into understanding the entire real estate journey - from financing to inspections - and realized that my natural strengths as an educator are exactly the skills homebuyers and sellers need most: the ability to break down complex information, communicate clearly, truly listen, and create a path forward when everything feels overwhelming.
I see my work as a real estate agent the same way I see my work as a teacher: I am here to coach, guide, empower, and help people feel confident in their decisions. Many of my clients are individuals or families who feel anxious about major choices or easily overwhelmed by details. I have always been described as someone who “brings light into the dark” - a calm, steady presence who can organize chaos, explain options, and make difficult decisions feel manageable.
My multicultural background is also a significant part of my work. As a native German speakerfluent in English (and conversational in French and Spanish), and with experience teaching at a school representing 48 nations, I understand the challenges faced by people moving across cultures. I offer a global perspective, strong communication skills, and the ability to support clients who are relocating from Europe or transitioning into American life. Cultural guidance is a service I am proud to bring into my real estate work.
Outside the classroom and the office, I am a lifelong martial artist and Taekwondo black belt. The five tenets of Taekwondo - courtesy, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit - have shaped my approach to every aspect of my personal and professional life. These values guide how I serve my clients, solve problems, and advocate with calm determination.
I live in Green Bay with my two dogs and enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking local trails, and appreciating the simple peace of everyday life. As a dog owner myself, I understand how important it is to find a home that truly meets the needs of every family member - human or furry. My own home search taught me how meaningful it is to find a place that feels safe, welcoming, and right.
Whether you’re a first-time buyer, navigating a major life change, moving across cultures, or simply want a thoughtful guide to help you through a complex process, I am here to support you with professionalism, clarity, and genuine care. My goal is simple: to make your life better by helping you feel secure, informed, and confident as you move toward your next home.
