I graduated the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1998 and soon thereafter began my career in Real Estate. Starting in property management, I gained experience and began to mold myself into a well-organized, service-oriented, loyal professional. In 2001, I made the transition to real estate sales. I consistently use my customer service oriented background to always put my clients needs before my own. We first worked with Ben Oblizajek 5 years ago when purchasing a home in the area. He was recommended to us by a friend who is also a realtor and helped us find an interview realtors in Madison. She talked to many companies in the area and was very confident in recommending we use Ben as our realtor. He took us to nearly 25 houses in 2 days to help us find the perfect house. Several years later he worked for my mom and then my sister. When we decided to sell we didn’t call anyone else. Ben is very responsive to calls, texts, and emails. He is proactive in getting answers and negotiating on our behalf. He has also been extremely helpful as we navigate buying a lot and building a new home in the area. We have now bought, sold, and started the building process with his help and we couldn’t be happier. Along with excellent skills as our realtor he is a genuinely nice and humorous person. We would absolutely recommend him to all our of friends and family.
