Chuck had to pick up in the middle where another broker left off because he left the company altogether. Chuck did and amazingly better service to us than the previous realtor. Where I had anything marked below excellent was only due to the fact that Chuck wasn't always with us. I no doubt would have given Chuck excellence across the board. The office secretary was excellent help also....
