Julie Olson
I bring more than 25 years of real estate industry experience to my role as a Realtor. Since 1998, I have worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator and continue to actively originate loans today, helping clients successfully navigate the financing process and close on their homes. This background gives me a unique perspective on real estate transactions and a deep understanding of what it takes to get a deal from accepted offer to closing.
As a licensed Realtor, I combine my lending expertise with my passion for helping clients find the right home or investment property. My knowledge of loan programs, underwriting guidelines, and financial strategy allows me to guide buyers and sellers with insight that many agents simply don't have.
Because I work on both the financing and real estate sides of the transaction, I'm able to anticipate potential lending challenges early, help structure stronger offers, and ensure transactions move smoothly from contract to closing.
Outside of real estate, I'm married and enjoy spending time with my three dogs. You'll often find me at my cabin or outdoors enjoying snowmobiling, UTV riding, hiking, and traveling. I also love cooking and creating a warm, welcoming home, which is something I truly value helping my clients find for themselves.
My goal is to provide knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and a seamless real estate experience. Whether I'm working with first-time buyers, seasoned homeowners, or investors, I strive to help my clients make confident, well-informed decisions every step of the way....
