I worked with Jasmine Tolsma to sell a niche house that I knew was going to take time to find the right buyer (older Victorian home). She was able to price the home competitively so that many potential buyers came to view the property and provide feedback. When our buyer made an offer there were many additional steps to complete the purchase of the home and very many obstacles that needed to be addressed. At every point of this process, Jasmine was communicative and chasing down the answers that we needed and what the next steps were.
