Jill was very helpful explaining risks with the offer selection process and was very responsive whenever we had questions or needed a call back. She was friendly and we enjoyed working with her.
Since this was a relocation and we sold first to the relocation company, then they dealt with closing, I rated Jill as N/A in those areas since we were not even at the actual closing or dealt with the paperwork and finances through her. However, we were happy with all our interactions with her and her knowledge about the process and dealing with a relocation situation.
Overall smooth, no issues. Jill helped us select an excellent buyer.
