We were very impressed with Susan's relaxed demeanor as it helped to reduce our stress throughout our interactions. We had already moved to another house in a city a couple hours away, when we looked back to later list and sell with Susan. She was available, quick to respond and resourceful with referrals when needed. She was an exceptional listener. This was especially helpful to us as she understood we wanted to offer the buyer a smooth beginning in a tough housing market we had already been through. The process mattered to us in parting with it. Susan seemed to understand this.
