WHAT SETS ME APART:
I complete more education and training than most other Realtors, I close more transactions each year than the average Realtor, and I save my Sellers more money than traditional Brokers who typically charge a 5% to 7% commission. Single family homes account for about 60% of my business and condo homes are about 40% of my business. While I specialize in the Pewaukee, Brookfield, and Waukesha areas of Waukesha County, I have successfully sold properties in surrounding counties. Since 2011, my husband and I have sold three homes, rented two homes, and purchased three homes (we moved five times in total) until we found our “forever” home in 2019. In 2023, my husband and I completed an out of state sale on a condo home, relocating a family member to Wisconsin. I know firsthand what people face when selling a home as well as purchasing a home and it is a lot of hard work!
