Damien was flexible and willing to work within our timeframe. He coached us through the entire process making sure we were always informed of next steps. Damien was patient and informative with our many questions and made sure we maintained realistic expectations. When it was time to close, the date was set and fell in the middle of our previously scheduled family vacation. Damien made sure that everything was taken care of ahead of time and even helped with last minute (physical labor) to make sure we were ready for final inspection, so we didn't miss any of our vacation time.
