I can't say enough good about my experience with Jeff Schraml. We needed so many things to make our condo safe for my husband who has dementia. He provided ramps for the entrances, took out tile that was not wheelchair-friendly, installed higher toilets and many more some conveniences that I didn't even think of. He answered all my questions very promptly. He was a joy to work with as he understood our personal situation. Every aspect of selling our home of almost 40 years and buying this condo went so smoothly that I can't think of a complaint.
