Pete was great. He met with us the first time having already looked at our house and comparable properties in the area. He brought a large packet with information showing us these comps as well as information on marketing the house and what the process would look like overall. As first time home sellers, this was very helpful to us and really put us at ease. We were also impressed that he had worked with our relocation company a number of times before and was clearly aware of the potential issues that might arise during the process, as working with a relocation company makes the process slightly more complicated.
Pete was on the ball with everything. Since we were relocating, the process was more complicated than normal and he was there every step helping us navigate. We had an offer on the house withing 36 hours of it being listed for over list price, which we accepted. Pete helped us make decisions that would best show off the house, arranged a photographer that took amazing pictures, and even helped us find a roofer for the property. In short, he was nothing less than excellent throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell or buy a house.
Pete was always on time and in constant communication with us. We even had a number of calls after hours because of how fast things were moving on the sale of our home. He was great.
The overall experience was pretty much painless. Pete made it very easy to understand what was happening and communicated well with us every step of the way. He was very professional and actively participated in the sale of the home. He was very aware the rules and regulations of selling the house to the relocation company and made sure we didn't run across any issues that would invalidate the process. I don't think it could have been easier to sell the house....
