Melanie Gleason is a licensed realtor in both West Virginia and Ohio. She is a Cincinnati, Ohio native, but was raised in Farmington Hills, Michigan. Melanie has been a resident of the Huntington area since attending high school at Ceredo-Kenova High. She is married to Bob Gleason, owner of Wellman O’shea Jewelers and Lafontaine’s Wine and Cigars, and together they have three children, of which two attend Marshall University and one being a teacher in the Cabell County Schools district. She and
her family are all members to St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Melanie has been a realtor since 2009 and joined Realty Exchange in the summer of 2013.
“I became a realtor following the tragic death of my 18 year-old son, Bobby Gleason in 2007. After learning how fragile life really is, I decided to leave my 23 year advertising and sales career with Clear Channel Radio for the dream of becoming a realtor. My passion is finding perfect homes for my clients, as well as selling,” Melanie Gleason said.
Since becoming a realtor Melanie hasn’t looked back, each year since 2009 she successfully continues to win the Million Dollar Club award, being a multi-million dollar producer every year. Melanie takes pride in her relationships and knows the dedication and interpersonal skills necessary to be a great realtor. Melanie is also devoted to her community, holding multiple memberships in various organizations: Huntington Chamber of Commerce, Women to Women, Village of Barboursville Garden Club; and volunteers with the Friends of Hospice of Huntington....
