As a young girl, Kendon’s favorite place to visit was Canaan Valley, WV, a special vacation spot going back four generations in her family. Her trips to Thomas and Davis to ski, hike, and golf with friends and family ultimately led to her choosing WVU for college and West Virginia as her present-day home.
Kendon received her BA degree from WVU in International Relations. It was a part-time job in property management during her college years that helped sow the seeds of desire to help people and build relationships in the field of real estate. Kendon received her strong background in business after serving as co-owner and operator of the Philly Pretzel Factory in Morgantown, WV, a position that honed her skills in customer service and community relations.
After meeting a West Virginia boy from Martinsburg, Kendon found herself settling down in the area, and here she is today working as a team member with Century 21 Modern Realty Results. Kendon knows both the joys and trials of moving, meeting new people, and starting a new life in a new place.
