A fourth-generation Wyoming native, Niffy McNiff Bube was born and raised in Cheyenne, where her family’s ranching heritage instilled in her a deep respect for land, legacy, and long-term relationships. A graduate of the University of Wyoming, she carries those values into every aspect of her work.
For the past 23 years, Niffy has built her real estate career in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, representing clients across a broad range of properties — from first homes and investment opportunities to legacy ranches and distinctive mountain residences. She is known for her steady guidance, thoughtful strategy, and commitment to serving her clients with integrity.
With the encouragement of lifelong friends, family, and trusted connections, Niffy is expanding her reach back into Wyoming. After proudly watching her son, Jack, become a Wyoming Cowboy alumnus, her connection to the state feels stronger than ever.
