Ted has been a part of Jackson Hole for all of his life. His family moved into the Valley in the early 1940s and has been here ever since. He was raised in Jackson learning about all of the unique aspects of Jackson from an early age. Not many people know this Valley better than Ted. His grandfather was a hunting and fishing guide for many years, and he taught Ted the value and the beauty of this area. Ted knows and loves the area like no one else.
After graduating from Brigham Young University with a degree in Business and Psychology, all while being a 4-year Varsity letterman for the football team, he went on to be a consultant facilitator for Franklin Covey Leadership Center. He was transferred to Australia to help build up that business in a new country. After seeing a unique opportunity, he and his wife started an importing business, which handled national distribution for Hershey’s and Nabisco products. When Teds twins were born, he realized he wanted to go back to the land and area he loves best, Jackson Hole, a place where one can raise a family with all the benefits of an all-around life experience. Upon returning he partnered with his mother, a top Broker during her career. Their partnership set the stage for Ted to branch out and become a top Broker himself. For over the last 20 years Ted has been one of the top Brokers in Jackson enabling him to provide Buyers and Sellers his expansive knowledge. This knowledge created the opportunity for him to be a part of the transaction for the highest priced single-family home ever sold in Wyoming.
