Tina is great to work with. She was more than willing to show us any home we wanted to look at (10+) and was able to work around Dustin's complicated schedule to make sure we saw the homes we wanted to see. She was patient with us as we looked at homes that were just "ok" or that just didn't feel right. I have no doubt her speed was a critical factor when we found the home we knew was right. Tina got us into the house to look before there was even a sign in the yard and our offer in to the seller's agent immediately.
Tina was extremely knowledgably and truly advocated for us during the negotiating period of purchasing our home. She knew what we wanted before we knew we wanted it. Based on Tina's experience, she was able to anticipate how the seller would respond to our requests. By doing so we actually received more than we had originally wanted to ask for in regards to work that was completed on the home and a lower purchase price when the home's appraisal came in short.
