Buyer reviewHe informed me of all aspects of the process. I had never attempted to purchase a home before this time. Mr. Chavers told me what to expect and kept me informed of details. He was always punctual. He explained what to expect prior to our visiting the homes. He explained the reason for earnest money. As we walked through homes, he explained significant details in the homes to me. Such as, weakness in the floors of some homes. I would recommend Mr. Chavers because he is polite and very courteous. Mr. Chavers kept me informed of all homes that met my criteria.
