Seller reviewWhen selling a house, an agent's experience and attitude towards you and your needs is paramount. We decided to contact Christine Duvall after reading about her successful record in direct mailings. Christine's experience in the area says volumes for how she conducts business. Our house sold in 4 weeks and I feel that was the result of how it was presented. Christine had great photos taken after staging the house. She kept in regular contact with us and advised us how to proceed. We will be talking with her about selling our next house and farm property. To say we were pleased with her skill is an understatement.
