Seller reviewFirst and foremost Christine is a friend. She's part of the family. She went above and beyond in selling my home. Her knowledge of selling homes is incredible! Christine was always readily available when I had questions. She's so patient and kind. When she first went in my house to prepare it for sale she had me remove some furniture and pictures on the wall. Just doing that made my house look so much cleaner and more beautiful! She even let me borrow some of her things to help me prepare one bedroom that was looking pretty bad, but she turned it into a beautiful room! I know Christine and her beautiful family will be lifelong friends. I love you Christine to the moon and back!

Seller reviewA great marketing plan. But the ultimate deciding factor was her knowledge the area and our HOA specifically. We liked that she listened to us and our needs and followed through. But we can't stop praising her for all the work she did to take care of issues uncovered during the inspection. We had a contract within 10 days of going on the market and were able to close on time because of Christine. You can trust Christine. And it was fun working with her. I don't know what more you could do to be better than you are. Fabulous experience for us. Christine made it fast and easy. And we had a full price offer within 10 days. Christine is honest, she listens, and she works hard.

Buyer reviewChristine was highly professional, very knowledgeable of the market and was quick to get us a contact. We had two offers on the house the very first weekend on the market. While we did run into some issues with our septic and water test while trying to close; her contacts allowed us to quickly address the situation without blowing the contract. I will recommend Christine to everyone I come across who is selling or buying their home.
