If I could give Collin Bray 10 stars, I would. Collin had helped two sets of our friends successfully buy homes in the Boston area so we knew we were in good hands. Colin is extremely candid and balanced in his feedback of homes that you view together and is very detail-oriented about pointing out things that non real-estate experts such as myself would never have even thought about but that are noteworthy considerations forany future home owner. More importantly, during the negotiation and close process, Collin went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us achieve terms that were important and beneficial to us (always respectfully and diplomatically of course).
