As a former military spouse, we also felt she definitely understood the challenges related to active military family relocations. Cristina's knowledge and experience was critical in navigating the significant challenges that the market presented at the beginning of 2022. We were aggressively searching the housing market for a suitable home in Virginia while physically being located in California. Cristina tirelessly searched and attended open houses and private showings with us using video conferencing applications in order for us to assess the properties we were interested in. Cristina worked day, night and weekends to quickly draft and submit offer proposals for each home within a few hours of our discussions. She expertly explained each document and secured the contract for our home within 24 hours of offer submission and well within our budget. Cristina's patience and knowledge of the real estate market was essential to our success in purchasing our home. After several months of being outbidded on offers on homes she never exhibited frustration and keep us from giving up and kept us encouraged.
