Kept me informed about every interested buyer and even my mom was impressed with how quickly he sold the property and we got what we wanted for the price. I am not happy with the title company. Issues with title after the closing, but Mr. Hix is addressing the issues and taking care of them. Mr. Hix presented an honest and trustworthy conversation about the process.
