I began my real estate career in May 1993 and quickly learned that there is more to it than just "looking at pretty house". Helping my clients with a life changing decision is my number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction; from getting qualified, to viewing homes, making an offer with all the proper documents, reviewing any issues on the title commitment and survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. I continue to keep in contact with my clients even after all is said and done at closing which helps my clients know that I am always available for all the real estate needs. When my clients are ready to sell a property, I help understand all aspect of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that I will handle all concerns of the sale. I understand that their daily lives are busy, so I want to take on the challenges of the home sale, so they are not burdened with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired me.

Plus wonderful, respectful and cheerful personality! She's simply THE BEST! And believe me. I had s few others to compare with, they just promise too much, but in reality don't deliver. Jennifer is also very honest and realistic, not misleading her clients into unreal expectations.

Her marketing strategy was terrific and with a lot of patience and effort, we got it sold at a price that satisfied us both. This was a difficult and different property to sell and she coordinated all the logistics, considering I was out of state the entire time. I would definitely hire her again.
