I began my real estate career in May 1993 and quickly learned that there is more to it than just "looking at pretty house". Helping my clients with a life changing decision is my number one priority. Helping them feel comfortable with all aspects of the transaction; from getting qualified, to viewing homes, making an offer with all the proper documents, reviewing any issues on the title commitment and survey, signing closing documents and transferring ownership. I continue to keep in contact with my clients even after all is said and done at closing which helps my clients know that I am always available for all the real estate needs. When my clients are ready to sell a property, I help understand all aspect of market conditions, what to expect during the sale process and reassure them that I will handle all concerns of the sale. I understand that their daily lives are busy, so I want to take on the challenges of the home sale, so they are not burdened with the intricate details. After all, that is why they hired me.

We sincerely believe that our home sold within a reasonable time frame due to her advice on small home upgrades, repairs, and her ads/open house events. When we returned to El Paso, we did not have to consider any other real estate agent since Jennifer was glad to help us out again. The purchase our new home was extremely smooth and Jennifer was there every step of the way helping us through the process. She truly enjoys looking at homes as much as we liked looking for one. She was glad to show us all the homes that were within our interest. When we decided to buy a new construction, Jennifer attended all the meetings with the builder, suppliers, and gave us great advice on design and color selections. She even set up video conferences with the builder to help us work out the fine details before we arrived in El Paso. We started looking for a home almost a full year before we actually closed on our current home. Jennifer did not try to rush us into making a decision and simply guide us through the process until we found a home we really liked.
