We were hesitant to put our house on the market and purchase a new house, however, working with Josh made it so easy. We did hit a few bumps with a first buyer, but Josh kept us posted with everything including his advice and opinion. He was always postive and steered us in the right direction. He even went out of his way to speak to others when things got difficult for us. Josh also went out of his way to find contractors for buyer repair requests. Great experience, and I would definitely reccomend him!!
