He was extremely patient with us in selling our home, he was also quick to respond to any requests or concerns. He scheduled several showing and treated our simple dwellings with the dignity of a more expensive home. Buyer reviewWhen we first heard of Juan, my mother told me about him when she had gone to see one of his open houses. She told me she had a lot of confidence and a good feeling about him from that initial visit. Upon meeting him and their loan advisor Jacob, from 21 Century I knew why she chose them. Super friendly! and great communication from the start. They were quick with appointments and were very knowledgeable, explaining things throughly and reassuring whenever we were confused. Taught us a lot about the whole process on buying a house for the first time, which I thought was cool. Prompt and instant messages, or calls in case anything happened or if anything was needed they always kept us in the loop. Overal, the service was Excellent !!! For being our first time buying a house it was very difficult and frustrating at times but Juan and whole team at 21 Century made our whole moving process a swift and easy ride. We wouldn't have done it any other way !!
