Kathy Cheek
My name is Kathy Cheek. I was raised in Arlington, Texas, and I have lived in Granbury, Texas, for 27 years. I am a single mom with 21-year-old twins, Cory and Carly. Over the years I have stayed very involved in my children's school activities and they both played a lot of sports. One is attending Abilene Christian University and one is at Oklahoma Baptist University. One is majoring in Nursing and the other in Sports Management. I have been in real estate for 17 years and am very active in our local realtor association better known as GAR (Granbury Association of Realtors). In 2018 I was honored to be named Volunteer of the Year, and in 2020 I was named the most dedicated Realtor® by the association. I am also a member of TAR, NAR, and TREC. I love real estate because I get to meet so many wonderful people who remain my friends for life. I specialize in Buyers, Sellers, Commercial, and Rental properties.
