Buyer reviewBoth Kim and James were AMAZING. They always made time for my wife and I, whether it was to check out a new location, re-visit a location we had already seen or to get us the paperwork needed to proceed with our purchase. She has all the connections needed to expedite your loan; She can get you a great broker (we used Deke, who was great) and get you a great title officer (we used Cinda, from North Coast Title). Together she made everything come together and now we own our very first home. 10/10 would hire again!
