I've been a full-time Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood Realty since 2003, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my clients' best interest is at the heart of everything I do. I truly love my job and have a deep passion for real estate, it's a privilege to guide people through such meaningful moments in their lives.
Over the years, I've been honored to be recognized as a consistent top agent with Century 21, earning awards such as the Double Centurion, Centurion, President's Producer, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer. These recognitions reflect the trust my clients place in me and the results we achieve together.
Before real estate, I worked for the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City, where I learned the gold standard of customer service. Later, I spent seven years teaching Spanish at Garfield High School, which instilled in me a lasting desire to share knowledge and help others make confident, informed decisions. Both experiences continue to shape how I work today, blending high-level service with patience, guidance, and thoughtful support every step of the way.
I grew up in Northern Virginia, graduating from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke. I studied at Calvin University in Michigan, completing two semesters abroad in Spain, before transferring to George Mason University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree in Spanish and a Master's in Education.
Since 1989, I've lived in Prince William County with my husband, Joe, where we've raised our family. Northern Virginia is home, and I'm proud to serve clients across the region-including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, and Spotsylvania counties.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my two grown daughters, our cockapoo Guster, and our cat Cody. I also enjoy traveling, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and staying active through masters rowing.

Buyer reviewKristin is the hardest working and most honest realtor I have met. Several times as my buyer's agent, she gave me blunt advice that contradicted her own self interest and helped me avoid mistakes. She could have been done with me in half the time, but she told me to wait until a house became available that was truly right for me. She advocates for her clients and will not rest until they have the best home for their needs. Her approach as a seller's agent appears to be equally good. Kristin is always busy, but she makes time for you when you need it, and she always calls you back if she can't take your call. She keeps everything organized and moving forward. You are in good hands with Kristin and you can trust her completely.

Seller reviewI interviewed Kristin going into this strictly as a job interview. I selected her and 3 other agents with same or comparable stats. It was obvious from the very beginning who the front runner would be (Kristin). I soon brought it down to 3, then days later 2. I had a set of questions ready for both candidates; but, I already knew in my heart who my winner was. I don't think I have had ANY agent say no to open houses but she did. I had never had an agent that impressed me as much as she did so I put her through one more test. We had already moved to Florida to retire so I had my son meet with her. Just as I suspected he approved also. I just felt by our conversations she would and could GET THE JOB DONE!! My husband and I have had no regrets! She has handled everything that was thrown her way like a true professional plus some. She is a beast when it comes to her job!!!! I have never met someone that has such a strong love for their work, until now. She knows her job inside and out and it really shows in everything she does. I am so very pleased and honored to call her a friend. Although we have never met, I will make it my job to come face-to-face with such a unique and wonderful human being! What else can I say but WOW.
