I've been a full-time Realtor® with Century 21 Redwood Realty since 2003, and throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: my clients' best interest is at the heart of everything I do. I truly love my job and have a deep passion for real estate, it's a privilege to guide people through such meaningful moments in their lives.
Over the years, I've been honored to be recognized as a consistent top agent with Century 21, earning awards such as the Double Centurion, Centurion, President's Producer, and Quality Service Pinnacle Producer. These recognitions reflect the trust my clients place in me and the results we achieve together.
Before real estate, I worked for the Ritz-Carlton in Pentagon City, where I learned the gold standard of customer service. Later, I spent seven years teaching Spanish at Garfield High School, which instilled in me a lasting desire to share knowledge and help others make confident, informed decisions. Both experiences continue to shape how I work today, blending high-level service with patience, guidance, and thoughtful support every step of the way.
I grew up in Northern Virginia, graduating from Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke. I studied at Calvin University in Michigan, completing two semesters abroad in Spain, before transferring to George Mason University, where I earned both my undergraduate degree in Spanish and a Master's in Education.
Since 1989, I've lived in Prince William County with my husband, Joe, where we've raised our family. Northern Virginia is home, and I'm proud to serve clients across the region-including Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, Prince William, Stafford, Loudoun, and Spotsylvania counties.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my two grown daughters, our cockapoo Guster, and our cat Cody. I also enjoy traveling, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, and staying active through masters rowing.

Seller reviewI've known Kristin for years and always found her to be smart, witty and very friendly. I expected all that good energy when I enlisted her as my realtor but the experience was like watching Clark Kent turn into Superman. Kristin's knowledge and skills as my realtor have exceeded all my expectations. She gave me advice and marketed my house so that it sold for much more than I expected. Then she used her extraordinary knowledge to represent me when building a new home. She has been like my guardian angel from the moment they broke ground and she continues to advocate for me as I approach my closing. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime, but I have never had a buying or selling experience where someone advocated for my interest like Kristin has. She is truly a real estate superhero!

Buyer reviewI went to an open house, and when I was leaving she asked me was I really interested in buying a home.? I told her no, but if she could find me one with a Waterfront view I would definitely consider, and she did , and the rest is history
