Lauri was very good at explaining each step of the process and making sure I understood what was happening. Lauri always answered any questions I had very promptly and thoroughly. I didn't feel any pressure in making decisions. I couldn't have asked for it to go any smoother, professionally, and promptly that it did. Lauri Amelse was great!
