With ten years plus of experience, her organization, negotiation skills, and prompt follow-ups resulted in a very smooth home purchasing process for us - as first time buyers. She answered all of our questions before and after the purchase, and even followed up with the seller to address major pipeline issues after closing. She was extra patient with our loan lender and title companies (they were extremely disorganized and messy with finalizing closing documents & responding) and did the best she did to ensure all documents, etc. were provided and valid from all ends. We appreciated her sense of urgency as we had a limited amount of time to secure and lock on a home before our apartment lease ended. What works best with her would be clear/specific and direct communication from home buyers regarding purchasing timeline and home wants & needs.
