Buyer reviewMaria Otterbine is amazing. She is accessible, knowledgeable, and determined in her pursuit to find a home for you. She goes above and beyond. She continually impresses with her diligence, encouragement, and patience. The hectic market and multiple bids that were passed on did not cause her to flag or falter. She even roped her husband (who also works for Judge Fite) into taking me out to see a few houses. The Judge Fite staff are helpful, courteous, and professional while making this buyer feel completely at ease during what is a very stressful process. Maria was instrumental in finding the home that I finally purchased. Everything turned out to be even better than I could have hoped for. I could not be happier with her performance and the overall result. I even asked for business cards to hand out on her behalf. I cannot thank Maria enough for everything. Seller reviewMaria, did an excellent job and went the extra mile. We live in Huntsville, Al and the house needed a lot of work to get it ready to put on the market. Maria put a lot of time in coordinating with the various contractors that were needed. She helped us get the hot water heater, stove, and other items required by the buyer. She spent extra time being at the house both waiting for contractors and inspectors to arrive and whilst the work was being done.

Her personality is off the charts, great eye contact, extremely approachable, very sincere, and a willingness to help. Maria, is extremely competent. Any issues were handled promptly and efficiently. She was very resourceful in acquiring quality trade people to do the repairs and updates on our house before we could sell it. She was a great negotiator and representative for us to the buyer. She CARED about us and FOUGHT for us as clients. Maria, has impeccable integrity and is very dedicated. She was excellent in all her performances. We felt SAFE in her handling our affairs.
