She has always be patient with us as we look at many houses before making a decision. Martie is knowledgeable when looking at homes as to what would pass inspection and would need to be repaired. The first selection I had she immediately ruled out by listing information I wouldn't have found online which wouldn't have gotten mortgage approval. She was always flexible with my schedule as I lived out of town and had to commute. Being a local, Martie was able to guide me to houses that would hold and appreciate in value. She brought up a house that had a motivated seller and was able to negotiate many things to be able to pull through a purchase. Without Martie, I don't think I'd be a home owner today and I will always remember the advice and help she has given me. I'll definitely go through with her again in the future if I ever need to buy another home but I think the house she helped me buy was perfect for me.
